3No provider–patient relationship

Reading this site, submitting the contact form, or exchanging messages with us about scheduling does not create a provider–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are seen and accepted as a patient of the practice.

4Treatment follows an in-person evaluation

Every treatment described on this site is offered only after an in-person evaluation by a licensed medical provider, under physician supervision, and where clinically relevant only after appropriate lab work. Not every treatment is appropriate for every person, and we may recommend a different treatment than the one you asked about, or none at all.

5Results vary, and nothing here is a guarantee

Individual results vary. Outcomes depend on your anatomy, your health, the treatment plan and how you follow aftercare, and no outcome shown or described on this site is a promise of what will happen for you. Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee, warranty or prediction of a particular result.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

11Changes to these terms

We update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page tells you when they were last revised, and continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the current version.
