Testosterone therapy for men, offered only after an evaluation and lab work. If your labs do not support treatment, we will tell you that and help you look elsewhere.

Symptoms you may want evaluated
- Persistent fatigue and low energy
- Changes in mood or motivation
- Poor or unrefreshing sleep
- Changes in body composition
- Difficulty concentrating
- A general sense that something has shifted and you want it looked at
How the evaluation works
Hormone care is a medical process with a defined order. Nothing is prescribed before the first two steps are done.
- Consultation
- A conversation about what you are experiencing and for how long, alongside a full medical history: medications, sleep, past conditions, family history. Many of the symptoms that bring men in have causes other than hormones, and those need ruling in or out.
- Lab work
- Blood work is required. Testosterone is measured alongside the other markers that give the result context, drawn at the appropriate time of day so the number means something. The results are reviewed with you and explained.
- Treatment when clinically indicated
- If your evaluation and labs support it, a physician determines whether testosterone therapy is appropriate for you and what form it should take. If they do not, we say so. Treatment is a clinical decision, not something you order from a menu.
- Ongoing monitoring
- Anyone on therapy is followed with repeat labs and scheduled appointments. Doses are adjusted from results, and monitoring continues for as long as treatment does. This is the non-negotiable part.
What to expect
Consultation
About an hour. Symptoms, history, medications and questions. No commitment beyond the appointment.
Labs
Blood is drawn, typically in the morning. Some markers may be repeated to confirm a result before any decision is made.
Results review
You sit down with our medical team and go through the numbers. You leave understanding what they say, whether or not treatment follows.
Follow-up
If therapy begins, you are monitored on a set schedule with repeat labs and review at every stage.
Good to know
Treatment is not automatic
A symptom list is not a diagnosis. Some men who come in do not have a hormone problem, and being told that is a good outcome.
Monitoring is required
Therapy without ongoing lab work is not something we offer. Follow-up is part of the treatment, not an extra.
Individual results vary
Response differs between people and depends on the underlying cause. We do not make promises about how you will feel or when.
Tell us everything you take
Supplements and over-the-counter products included. Several affect hormone markers and can change how your labs read.
Before you book
Do I need lab work before treatment?
Yes, always. Testosterone therapy is prescribed only after an evaluation and blood work that support it. There is no version of this that skips the labs.
What if my labs are normal?
Then we look elsewhere for the cause of your symptoms. Sleep, thyroid, medications, stress and other medical conditions all produce the same complaints, and finding the real cause is more useful than treating the wrong one.
How often is it monitored?
On a set schedule with repeat labs and appointments. The exact intervals depend on your treatment and are agreed with you at the start.
Can I stop?
Yes, and that is a conversation to have with your physician rather than a decision to make alone, so it is done properly.
What happens at the first appointment?
A full history, a discussion of your symptoms, and lab orders. Nothing is prescribed that day.
