Elite Medical Aesthetics is a physician-supervised practice on Woodward Avenue in Bloomfield Hills. Skin, injectables, weight and hormone health are treated as medical care that happens to be cosmetic — evaluated first, planned second, treated third.
The best outcome is the one nobody can point to. You look rested, and the reason stays your business.
That means restraint. We start with the smallest amount of anything that will do the job, watch how you respond, and build from there across follow-up visits. Overfilling and overdosing are easy to do in one appointment and slow to undo, so we don't work that way.
It also means honest consultations. Sometimes the right answer is a smaller treatment than you asked about, a different one entirely, or nothing yet. A physician supervises the plan before treatment begins, and we would rather send you home to think than sell you a syringe.

Your plan starts with a conversation and a health history, and where it's relevant — weight, hormones — with lab work. No plan is written from a price list.
A private, unhurried space
One suite, by appointment, with private treatment rooms. Appointments are booked with enough room to ask everything you came to ask.

We're at 39520 Woodward Ave, Suite 103, in Bloomfield Hills — a short drive from Birmingham, Troy and Franklin. The suite is ours alone: a quiet lounge to arrive into and private treatment rooms behind it, so nothing about your visit happens in front of an audience.
Everything is by appointment. There is no crowded waiting room, no queue, and no reason to rush out of the room when your questions aren't finished.
First-timers and long-term patients
Plenty of people arrive having never had a treatment before, unsure what they want and half-expecting to be talked into something. That consultation is free, and it is a conversation — what bothers you, what treatment can and can't do, what it costs, and what happens if you decide to wait.
Others have been treated for years and want a steadier hand: someone who reads the whole face, keeps notes across visits, and adjusts rather than repeats.
We treat women and men, and the men's side is a real part of the practice — hair restoration, skin, weight and hormone health included, handled with the same discretion as everything else.
