Skincare that compounds.
A facial feels good for a day. A routine changes your skin. We do both, and we are clear about which one is doing the work.
What it addresses
- Dullness and dehydration
- Congestion, blackheads and breakouts
- Dryness and a compromised skin barrier
- Uneven tone and early fine lines
- A routine that stopped working, or never started
- Skin that needs preparing before or settling after a laser course
Treatments
Three services that work together: one resets the skin, one builds the plan, one adds hydration from within.
- Medical facials
- Cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and treatment products chosen for your skin that day, not from a fixed menu. Performed under medical supervision, which means active ingredients and strengths that a spa facial does not reach. Good on its own and good between laser or injectable appointments.
- Skincare consultations
- We go through what you are using, what it is doing and what it is not, and build a routine you will actually follow. Fewer products used correctly beats a shelf of them. If something in your current routine is causing the problem you came in for, we will say so.
- Mesotherapy
- A series of micro-injections that place a customized blend of vitamins and hyaluronic acid just under the skin's surface to hydrate and refresh. It is typically done as a short course and suits skin that reads tired, dry or dull. It is a skin-quality treatment, not a volume treatment.
What to expect
Come without makeup
We need to see the skin as it is. The first visit includes a proper look and a history: products, medications, allergies, past reactions.
Treatment
A facial runs about an hour. Mesotherapy sessions are shorter, with topical numbing beforehand.
The home routine
You leave with a written routine and the reasoning behind each step. We would rather you understood the plan than bought the products.
Reassess
Skin takes a full cycle to respond. We check in at four to six weeks and adjust rather than pile more on.
Good to know
Downtime
A facial leaves you slightly pink for an hour or two. Mesotherapy can leave small bumps and pinpoint bruising for one to three days.
Sessions
Facials are usually every four to six weeks. Mesotherapy is typically a short initial course, then occasional maintenance.
The routine is the treatment
In-office work accelerates things. What you do daily — cleanse, treat, moisturize, SPF — is what holds the result.
Individual results vary
Skin type, age, hormones and consistency all change the outcome. We do not promise a specific result.
Before you book
How is a medical facial different from a spa facial?
Supervision and strength. A medical facial is performed under physician supervision with clinical-grade products and actives chosen for your skin, and it can be adjusted around other treatments you are having.
What exactly is mesotherapy?
Micro-injections of a customized blend of vitamins and hyaluronic acid placed just beneath the surface of the skin to hydrate and refresh it. It addresses how skin looks and feels rather than treating a medical condition.
Can I have a facial before an event?
Yes, with timing. Book a hydrating facial two to three days ahead. Do not book extractions or mesotherapy the day before — give those a week.
Do I have to buy products from you?
No. We will tell you what your skin needs and what to look for. If you want to buy it elsewhere, that is fine with us.
Can I combine this with laser or injectables?
Yes, with sequencing. We space facials around laser appointments so the skin is not being asked to recover from two things at once.
